First up: Four Healthy Pumpkin Dessert Recipes
I figure dessert for breakfast is a good place to start! This pumpkin breakfast cookie is so simple and yummy–it’s great for breakfast or a snack! It would even work for super easy dessert, but I think you should probably add chocolate chips if you’re using it for that purpose. 😉 None for you Maizey.
Fall isn’t fall until I’ve made this bread. The best part about this bread is that simple and packs TONS of flavor without being overly sweet. It’s always a hit at get-togethers in the fall and throughout the holidays. This would also be great as a DIY hostess gift. It’s not gluten-free but I love it so much that I always make two loaves so I can cut a slice or two for me. Sometimes some gluten woes are worth it. And this bread definitely is. (My mom’s bread also falls into that category.)
I don’t know what more you could ask in a donut recipe–these are delicious, they’re gluten-free (added bonus because that means I can eat them…a lot of them :)), and they’re fairly easy to make!
Chocolate chips? Yes, please. Pumpkin? Yes, please. These ingredients together? Please and Thank you. These are a great snack, dessert (why not throw some vanilla ice cream on top?) or breakfast. They go extremely well with coffee and that’s what’s important about cookies, right?
