Since I haven’t been able to run or do CrossFit for the most part since I strained my quad, I’ve been trying to stay active with upper-body only workouts. This is the 20 minute circuit workout that a friend make for me that smoked my abs and left me dripping in sweat. The time flew by, and I loved switching up the moves every 60 seconds.
Sorry it took me a few days to get this posted – I only had the workout listed in Excel. I love me some Excel (seriously, I do), but there is some blogger by-law that you can’t post a workout unless it’s Pinterest friendly. 😉 I don’t write these rules, I only follow them. So here you go – pin your heart out!
If you absolute hate a movement listed or can’t do one of these movements, just sub in something you love or scale as necessary. The goal is to keep moving with as little rest as possible other than the one minute of designated rest in the middle. And if you’re a real stickler for details, that 1 minute rest makes this a 21 minute workout.
Let me know what you think if you try it out!
