Especially the small moments.

Read frequently and diversely.

Dress well.

Wear bold lipstick.

Moisturize.

Wear sunscreen.

Forgive myself and others.

Say I’m sorry.

Laugh.

Cry.

Be a good friend.

Move on.

Sit still.

Indulge.

Save.

Spoil myself. I deserve it.

Express gratitude.

Express love.

Give thoughtful gifts. And thank you notes.

Let go of regrets. I can’t change the past.

Be kind, sweet, classy, and ladylike.

Be a little sassy too.

And BOLD.

Know myself.

Love myself.
