2017 was a BIG year for me. I qualified for Boston, got engaged, bought a house, got married, honeymooned in St. Lucia and more. It’s going to be hard to top!

I’ve enjoyed reading so many 2017 recaps in the blog world and I finally have mine pulled together. It was so fun to reflect back on what happened over the past 12 months. To say that 2017 was the best year of my life would be an understatement. It was filled with SO many good things. (Yes, it was also filled with lots of stress too because of all those good things but at least they were good stressors!) It was truly an incredible year, and if you’d asked me five years ago what my life would look like today, I never could have imagined it would be this good. God is so good.

Let’s take a look back!

2017 Highlights

I shared a “Day in the Life” showing how I fit in running and CrossFit, and it became my 2nd most pinned post of all time. Read the post here.

Thank YOU!

This blog is one of the biggest blessings in my life because of all wonderful people that I’ve become friends with, online and in real life, through it. I’m so grateful for your love and support, and for sharing in my joy this year. And a big thank you to those of you who have been reading for YEARS – it meant so much to me when you’d comment that I’ve never looked happier. And you’re right – I never have been happier.

I’d love to hear about your 2017 highlights! What was the best part of 2017 for you?
