Happy Friday y’all! I’ve got a round up of some recent cute outfits for work, a birthday party and casual Friday, so it’s a good mix of lowkey and a little dressier.

Date Night Outfit

I wore this to a birthday party last weekend and it’s a go-to for date nights. The blouse is lovely, but my favorite thing about the outfit is the earrings. I just feel like they make any outfit feel special. Plus, I really like these earrings when I wear my hair straight, and I ran out of time to curl it Saturday night (which I usually do for date nights and parties).

Work Outfits

I’ve had this dress for a couple years and I LOVE it. It fits like a dream and I love the stripes. I wish Banana Republic would bring it back, but I found some similar ones for ya! (Banana has some REALLY cute dresses right now that I’m eyeing.)

If I’m ever wearing pants that aren’t jeans, you can bet they’re Banana Republic Sloan Pants. I have muscular thighs and they fit without gapping in the waist. Plus they don’t fade – I have 7 pairs (I think?) and they’re all 3-5+ years old and look great. Bonus – they’re 30% off right now! I wear a 2P for reference. Whenever they introduce a new color, I buy it so I’m snagging the blush and fuchsia ones this year. They don’t have the green color in stock right now, so I linked another pair of green pants below.

I held out buying a black hobo for YEARS because I just didn’t think I needed another black purse. But I would always get annoyed that I didn’t have a black purse to go with black outfits since my previous one was too small to carry my planner. And obviously that sucker goes with me everywhere. (These are real problems, folks.) Anyway, I splurged on this black hobo and am kicking myself for not buying one sooner. Love it.

If my hair is in the bun, there are glasses on my face. The glasses distract from the fact that I can’t make a cute bun for the life of me, and the bun allows me to show off my new glasses. It’s a win win.

Casual Friday

This outfit came together on a day where the temperature kept dropping and dropping. I started in a t-shirt, then later added a cardigan and then ended with the jacket when I headed out to dinner. Somehow it all worked! And the dark gray jeans are my favorite jeans in the world and have been since I got them last fall. They’re so dang comfortable and they fit my quads! And they’re on sale and available in every size! Get ’em!

Alright, I’m off! I hope you’ve got a great weekend ahead! My plan tonight is CrossFit (well, maybe 😉 ) and then cozying up on the couch with my pupgirl. (Tommy is in Augusta today for the Masters  Lucky man!)
