I’ve been running for 20 years (CRAZY) and I vividly remember the first time I ran more than five miles – I was 15. Since then, I have run over 50 races, including the 2018 Boston Marathon in 3:27 in the worst weather conditions on record. The next year, I set a PR at the 2019 Boston Marathon with a time of 3:17:50. I’ve also cut 30+ minutes off my half marathon time and 5 minutes in my 5K time. I’ve loved sharing my running journey and lesson learns with my blog readers for over 12 years!
