I’m a to-do list junkie. I’ve always used the Reminder app on my iPhone, but recently discovered Carrot. I think I paid $2 for it in the app store, and it’s worth the couple of bucks. Trust me.
Seriously, I. Love. This. App. It’s freaking hilarious. You earn points, compliments and additional app capabilities when you complete tasks. (The app calls you “meatbag.”)
(I think this was a compliment?)
And you get punished and mocked when you don’t complete tasks in a timely manner.
I earned a pet cat the other day for being so productive. Carrot named him Dog for me.
When I productive, I get to choose what what I feed him.
When I’m not productive, Carrot feeds him atrocious things, like raw sewage. Not nice, Carrot. I tried to rename him once. Carrot wouldn’t allow it…yet.
I seriously find myself wanting to get things done so I can cross things off my list to see what Carrot rewards me with. If you’re a to-do list junkie and you have the same sense of humor as I do, then (1) we can be friends and (2) you’ll love this app.
*Note: This is not a sponsored post; I just love the app. The people behind Carrot don’t know I exist. But I feel like I should get extra points for writing this glowing review. DO YOU HEAR THAT CARROT?!
Are you a to-do list junkie?
If not, HOW DO YOU FUNCTION? 😉

atThey were giving this one for free a few months ago and my boyfriend scooped it up. I was so jealous, but I guess a couple bucks is nothing considering you get endless entertainment!

atIt IS worth the couple bucks. 🙂

atHahahaha oh my gosh that is the greatest app ever and I can’t believe I’m saying that!
I am actually not a fan of keeping lists on my phone, and I’ve never paid for it in my life but I seriously might have to buy this one!

atI’m totally a to-do list junky, but I love the feeling I get when I get to put a check mark by my list the old fashioned way, with a pen and paper. I may just have to spring for carrot, though…it sounds hilarious!!!

atI’ve always been the same way – I like the paper and pencil, checking it off, crossing it out, etc! This is the first electronic to-do list app I’ve stuck with!
Kim @FITsique
atLOL I have never been good at keeping track of to do lists but maybe this is the one for me!
