My Sephora Sale Favorites

I love skincare and makeup and am always hunting for the best products and switching up my routine as I find new favorites. The Sephora sale is happening NOW, which means I’m stocking up on a few of my trusty must-haves and favorites, and I’m also ordering some new-to-me products to try.

First, how does the Sephora Sale work?

The Sephora sale has three discount tiers:

  • Rouge members (the highest level, spends $1000 a year) get 20% off
  • VIB members (spends $350 a year) get 15% off
  • Insiders (free to join here) get 1o% off.

All of the membership levels use the same promo code: SAVESPRING at checkout.

AND, all members get 30% off the entire Sephora Collection items, which are their branded products. It’s a great way to save on some beauty basics, like beauty tools, mini palettes, eye makeup, and even affordable skincare.  I particularly like the Sephora brand makeup brushes so I’ll be snagging some new ones.

Be sure to note that each level of membership also has different shopping days. The sale opens to each level as outlined below:

  • Rouge members can shop on April 1
  • VIB members can shop on April 5
  • Insiders can shop on April 7

I don’t anticipate things selling out, so I’m not too worried about shopping the second the sale opens for my level (VIB), but I am excited.

My Sephora Sale Favorites Spring 2022

I’ve noted what I already own and love + what I’m eyeing below. If you need recommendations for anything specific, leave a comment and if I have a favorite brand, I’ll let you know!

My Sephora Sale Favorites

Skincare

What I already own and LOVE:

Tata Harper Rejuvenating Anti-Aging Serum

I got this serum in my Swan Beauty Box and truly love it. I have a few anti-aging serums that I alternate among depending on what my skin needs. This is great for the day after I use the AHA mask or TNS serum.

What I’m eyeing:

The Rich Cream with TFC8® Face Moisturizer

This is super pricey, so I would only get it on sale. It’s an anti-aging moisturizer, which is one of my favorite types of product to try. I’ve heard it’s INCREDIBLE and since I have aging skin AND dry skin, I need it, right? 😉

THE FACE Illuminating Self-Tan Drops

I’ve never been much of a self-tanner, but I’m trying to keep my skin out of the sun as much as possible these days. Hannah has this and says it works WONDERS. You add a drop or two to your moisturizer at night and wake up with a glowy, natural-looking tan. I typically HATE the smell of self-tanners, but Hannah says it’s tolerable!

GOOPGLOW Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator

I currently LOVE my Beautycounter AHA Smoothing Mask, but I’d love to see how it compares to this goop scrub. Hannah also has this and loves how small but firm the particles are. It doesn’t have AHA like the Beautycounter mask, so this is truly only for physical exfoliation. But I think I’ll like having an exfoliating wash that doesn’t require sitting time like the mask and I’ll keep this in my shower.

Makeup

What I already own (or have tried in the past) and LOVE:

Tarte Opening Act™ Lash Primer

I am OBSESSED with this lash primer. Mascara is one of those products that I’m always hunting for (I’m picky!), but this lash primer is non-negotiable. It goes under every brand of mascara I use. If you only buy one thing during the sale, make it this.

ILIA Limitless Lash Lengthening Mascara

I’ve used this in the past and loved it! It’s been a while since I’ve had it so I’m grabbing another one to add back into my rotation.

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Pillow Talk

A cult favorite for good reason. This is the perfect nude pink lipstick. I wore it in our family photos last fall and I wear it for almost all my blog photoshoots.

Too Faced Lip Injection Power Plumping Cream Liquid Lipstick

Another favorite of mine.

Jouer Cosmetics Essential Lip Enhancer Balm

Gives natural looking shine and it’s so soothing.

Jouer Cosmetics Essential Lip Enhancer Shine Balm

Tinted balm. I love this combo.

Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Plump

I’m obsessed with this stuff. I am always hunting for it, so I’m going to grab more to keep in every purse and at my desk. It’s SO flattering and you don’t need a mirror to apply.

Armani Beauty Neo Nude A-Line Liquid Blush

I LOVE this liquid blush. I use Beautycounter’s cream blush also but love to alternate with this. It does take some practice to apply and blend! Less is more!!

BareMinerals BOUNCE & BLUR Blush

I got a travel size container of the Mauve shade in a Sephora order once and love it! It blends SO easily. I now want the poppy pink color – it’s gorgeous!

Tarte Tartelette™ In Bloom Clay Eyeshadow Palette

It’s rare when I find an eyeshadow palette where I’d use every shade. This one checks that box.

IT Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Wand Ball Powder Brush #8

Perfect for powder.

PRO Blush Brush #99

For more targeted application. I use this for blending in concealer.

PRO Crease Brush #26

My essential for eyeshadow.

PRO Crease Brush #19

I use this for eyeshadow too.

What I’m eyeing:

Armani Designer Lift Smoothing Firming Full Coverage Foundation with SPF

I love the Beautycounter and Chantecaille foundations, but I want one that is more full coverage.

Dior Forever Matte Foundation SPF 15

Another foundation I’m considering. This price point is a little better than the foundation above.

ILIA Fullest Volumizing Mascara

I’ve also heard rave reviews about this Ilia mascara! I may snag this instead of the lengthening one since I LOVE a thick lash look.

Line It Up Clean 24-Hr Gel Pencil Waterproof Eyeliner

I want to try this waterproof liner to see if it’s actually smudgproof (ALL liners come off on me!!)

RMS beauty Living Luminizer Highlighter

I’ve heard this is gorgeous on your cheek bones.

Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil

I LOVE a dark, bold brow, so this is in my cart.

Westman Atelier Lit Up Highlight Stick

Hannah LOVES this brand. She says it’s so creamy it almost melts into your skin. It’s also clean!

Westman Atelier Face Trace Cream Contour Stick

A friend told me it’s AMAZING as a bronzer for lighter skin tones. I’m so excited to try this. If you’d rather try a few of their products before committing to the full size, this trio is the perfect option.

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Matte Bronzer

Beautycounter discontinued their bronzer so I’m looking for a new one! I love this brand, so I’m definitely ordering this.

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter

I’ve been using the Tarte Shape Tape concealer while Beautycounter works on a packaging issue. I want to try this one when I run out of Tarte since I find Tarte creases.

Buxom Full-On™ Plumping Lip Polish Gloss

I love the Buxom lip stain, so I want to try this too!

Natasha Denona Bronze Eyeshadow Palette

GORGEOUS colors.

ILIA The Necessary Eyeshadow Palette

This is such a nice size for an eyeshadow palette. Illa is a clean brand, so I definitely want to try this out.

Rouge Dior Forever Liquid Transfer-Proof Lipstick

Transfer free but NOT drying is always a tricky combo but I’m excited to try this!

PRO Eye Liner Brush #22

I definitely need a new liner brush. Sometimes I use wet eyeshadow as eyeliner for a little extra staying power.

Hourglass Angled Liner Brush

Another great brush option.

Hair and Body

What I already own and LOVE:

Dyson Airwrap

I’m crossing my fingers that this is in stock when you’re shopping. I’m LOVING mine, and I’m just getting started with it.

T3 Curl ID 1.25” Smart Curling Iron with Interactive Touch

This is the fancy version of the curling iron I have!

Dyson Supersonic™ Hair Dryer

Best hairdryer ever. The end.

Ellis Brooklyn BEE Eau de Parfum

This might be the only perfume that I like.

OUAI Treatment Mask for Thick Hair

I use deep conditioning hair mask once a week.

Double Pint Large Round Ceramic Brush

I love a big round brush for blow outs (If I’m not using the Airwrap).

Kerastase V.I.P. Volume In Powder Backcomb Effect Finishing Spray

I use this once I’ve finished my styling. And I find that it helps keep the style for longer and makes my hair look full and bouncy. I lift my hair up and spray under it, right at the roots. Then, I rub it in using my fingertips (pretty aggressively!), creating volume as I do so. I run my fingers through my hair to settle the craziness back down.

Goop G.Tox Himalayan Salt Scalp Scrub Shampoo

I use this scalp scrub once a week to help get any leftover product buildup out of my hair. It smells great and makes my hair feel so clean. If you use dry shampoo during the week, you definitely want to scrub your scalp at least once a week to get it clean.

What I’m eyeing:

Nécessaire The Body Wash

I hear amazing things about this, so it’s time to finally buy. I think I’m just going to get this starter set since I want to try the Body serum too.

St. Tropez Self Tan Express Bronzing Mousse

Worth a shot to see if I like self-tanning, right? I’ve heard this is the BEST brand to use.
