In the past six weeks, I was in North Carolina, Phoenix, Utah and Boston – so I’ve got quite the range of outfits for different temperatures! Spring y’all. It’s been a while since I had an outfit roundup, so this post is chock full. I linked all the items below each photo, so you can shop straight from this post.

This is one of my very favorite summer dresses –– and Tommy’s too! I wore this for date night recently since the evenings have been warm! I love the pattern, the cut, and the length — and it’s on sale!! The bow that ties around the waist is a detail that I love, as well as the buttons at the top of the dress.

I wore this dress with pink heels, which I am loving lately, and gold bracelets. I just put on as many bracelets as I could grab as I ran out the door called it good.

I wore this outfit in Utah a few weeks ago when I was visiting my family and running a lot leading up to Boston. When I am in Utah I definitely wear more relaxed clothes and I snagged this hat on my last visit. It’s perfect for throwing on sweaty post-run hair.

I also have this shirt in a million colors because it’s so affordable and so flattering.

I also wore this in Utah and plan to pack it again for my trip this week. I love denim on denim, and I love the shoes to give the outfit a little pop. The pink heels surprisingly go with everything, which is perfect since since there is only so much room in a carry-on! (See my packing tips here!)

I wore this outfit just a few weeks ago, and now that it is getting warmer it makes me laugh, but we seriously had some weird weather this spring. It snowed one day and was 70 degrees the next. I love this flannel and I love a good pair of dark wash jeans year round.

Shirt | Jeans | Booties

This jumpsuit is so comfy. I wore it to a Beautycounter conference a few weeks back and got so many compliments. My exact one is sold out, but tbh, it’s a little see through in the legs so you wouldn’t really want it – ha!  But this similar culotte jumpsuit is so stinking cute I want to buy it; I especially love the tie waist.

Another day, another this v-neck t-shirt.

Can you tell the weather started to change? I am in shorts (!) all the time now! I love a good pair of chino shorts since they pretty much go with everything! J.CREW has these shorts in lots of fun colors and I own about six of them. And I love these Chuck Taylors with chino shorts.

I wore this outfit right before I ran the Boston Marathon, so of course I had to wear my shirt from last year! I wear denim shorts ALL the time when I don’t have any meetings out of the house. The back pockets are perfect for holding my phone while walking Maizey and taking phone calls with my team.

This is one of my FAVORITE outfits lately. I love the length of the skirt and how it pairs so well with the heels, and I love a great white sleeveless blouse! I will be wearing this all summer!! Perfect for finicky spring weather and it pairs beautifully with a denim jacket for cooler mornings. (Makeup details here – my lipstick color is Garden Party!)

I love love LOVE comfortable white jeans. I rave about this pair ALL the time. I even blogged about the great white jean hunt here. I’m also really liking mule slips ons lately! Polished but comfy. They do cause my plantar fasciitis to flare so I can’t wear them daily, but they’re fine about once a week.

Can we talk about messy buns for a second? If I try to do a good messy bun, it’s a disaster. If I do it when my hair is half-dried post run and I don’t look in them mirror, it’s perfect. So yes, my hair was half dry after a run in the photo and I skipped washing my hair in the shower. 🙂 And no, I hadn’t made the bed yet. Although, to be honest, Tommy makes the bed nine times out of ten.

This is one of my favorite outfits ever.  I bought this jacket for Ireland and it’s been a staple ever since. I could go on and on about how great the quality is and how well it pairs with everything.

I smile every time I see this photo, for so many reasons.

But – let’s talk about my race-day outfit. I am so picky about running gear, so I was thrilled with how well this outfit worked for me during the Boston Marathon. My new shoes were amazing and my Senita Rio shorts were comfortable the entire race. And they held EIGHT gels, no problem.

You can read my race recap here, where I shared more of my race-day gear. And you can see all my favorite running gear here.

I LIVE in these Lululemon leggings, for lounging and for long runs. You can see more of my favorite Lululemon picks here, including tanks, shorts & bras. This top is the one I ran in for the Boston Marathon.

Rainy run? No problem. This jacket is a must-have since it’s light enough for warm rainy days but layers well for colder days.

I adore this dress since it’s comfortable and flattering. I take it on business trips a lot since it transitions well from day to night! It’s coming to Utah with me this week!

Dress | Heels

This outfit is really simple but it’s a go-to. Dark jeans, black blouse, can’t go wrong. Oh, and I’ve had those flats for years and they still look brand new. Winners.

Another favorite spring/summer outfit! You can’t really see my heels in this photo, but these Sam Edelman block heels are some of my favorites. If you want one pair of spring/summer heels that go with almost everything, it would be these. They don’t kill my feet after a long run either; I had just finished a 14 miler when I wore this!

And last but not least, my favorite easy run uniform for cool spring mornings. Love these leggings, love this top, love these  these shoes.

    1. You have the cutest style! I love everything here and have like a million tabs open. Question, I am petite and wondered if you had a recommendation for a chambray shirt that works? Something fitted and cute? Most are so big. It’s coming into wintere here in Oz so looking at all your colder gear. Thanks 🙂

      • You’re so sweet! My chambray is J.Crew, and it’s regular sizing. It definitely fits loose but I don’t mind it! You could see if J.Crew offers it in petites now (they didn’t when I got it). I haven’t looked for other options since mine is still serving me well! 🙂
