Someone please explain to me why I was able to do 35 push-ups after four sets last week, but when I did a max test today with no previous sets, I could only do 33. It might be cheating, but I’m going to stay with column 2 for week 5. If I can’t hang with it when the sets start increasing, then I’ll drop down to column 1, deal?
