Note to self: do the push-ups BEFORE teaching spin. I’m so tired. And doing push-ups while you’re tired is not fun.
I maxed out at 18. (Although Rob told me I could have gotten one more. And he told me I had “nice muscles back there.” I didn’t ask what “back there” referred to. 😉
How’s it going Buff & Tough group? I still haven’t forgotten the post about push-up form; I will do it sooner than later, I promise!

atfinished my first set of my first week today! So far so good! It wasn't too tough but I'm feeling weak now so that's probably a good sign! 🙂
