Push It: Week 2, Day 1

DAY 1

REST 60 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH SET (LONGER IF REQUIRED)

up to 5 push ups 6 – 10 push ups 11 – 20 push ups
SET 1 4 9 14
SET 2 6 11 14
SET 3 4 8 10
SET 4 4 8 10
SET 5 max (at least 6) max (at least 11) max (at least 15)

Note to self: do the push-ups BEFORE teaching spin. I’m so tired. And doing push-ups while you’re tired is not fun.


I maxed out at 18. (Although Rob told me I could have gotten one more. And he told me I had “nice muscles back there.” I didn’t ask what “back there” referred to. πŸ˜‰


How’s it going Buff & Tough group? I still haven’t forgotten the post about push-up form; I will do it sooner than later, I promise!

    finished my first set of my first week today! So far so good! It wasn't too tough but I'm feeling weak now so that's probably a good sign! πŸ™‚
