Push It: Week 3, Day 3

I’m did column 2 today before heading to the gym for some cardio. We got about 7 inches of snow yesterday, which shuts the town down, so all the gyms were closed and my PowerSculpt class that I teach was cancelled. I enjoyed my day of being snowed in, but I’m ready for a sweat session – especially considering the number of cookies I ate yesterday. Yes, they were healthier than your normal baked good, but quantities still add up, even with quality. 🙂
