Push It: Week 4, Day 3

I just did today’s workout, following the second column. This was so hard for me today. I couldn’t even max out at their minimum of 33; I eeked out 31 before I collapsed. I have a feeling I’ll be demoted to column one after the upcoming max test.

I’m off to teach Powersculpt. I love weekends!

DAY 3

REST 120 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH SET (LONGER IF REQUIRED)
