Description

A protein packed smoothie with ALL the greens! Get your hand held salad in 2 minutes with this smoothie.


Scale

Ingredients

  • 24 cups water (add more as needed to make it thinner)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 45 kale leaves (I like lacinato kale), stems removed if you don’t have a very powerful blender like a Vitamix (which, side note, is TOTALLY worth the investment)
  • 56 dandelion leaves
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 10 or so pecan halves
  • handful of ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 t vanilla (optional) – I add this depending on which protein I’m using and how strong the vanilla flavor is

Instructions

Blend 1-2 minutes until creamy.
