Happy Tuesday! It’s been a while since I shared some favorite links…I started to write this this yesterday morning and then I decided I wanted to take Maizey on a nice long walk instead. But Tuesday is close enough to the weekend to still count this as the Weekender, right? (Not close enough, I know.)
The first link is about Miss Maizey. Doesn’t she look super happy about it?
Wellness CORE Dog Food, which is what I feed Maizey, was just named Best Dog Food by Dog Food Advisor.
That link gives more details on the criteria they used to evaluate dog food, and it made me feel even better about what I feed my pup.

Great advice from Jen! (You can read how I stopped getting running injuries here.)
I LOVE these Superhero Muffins, packed with zucchini and carrot and walnuts.
I’ve made them the past two weeks, freezing the extra muffins and reheating them as needed for a quick breakfast or snack. It’s a recipe from Shalane Flanagan’s new cookbook Run Fast Eat Slow, which I don’t have yet, but I really want.(This recipe was published in Runner’s World.) Have any of you gotten her new cookbook yet? I posted a picture of the muffins on instagram and tagged Shalane, and she liked my picture! I only freaked out a little. Okay, more than a little. 😉
I was a featured blogger on Healthy Living Blogs.
I shared my favorite blogging tools and how I named my blog over 7 years ago.
Alright, I need to go get ready for my run! The sun is about to come up and it’s only 65 degrees – so excited for a cooler run! Have a great week!
P.S. I’m glad I’m not the only one who cries when overwhelmed! Thanks for sharing with me!
