Happy Monday! Here’s what I’m cooking up this week.

When I meal plan, I write down everything I know I need from the recipes and then list out to the side the things I’m not sure I have on hand (especially spices that I may be low on). I check the side items before heading to the store and add them to the list if necessary. Then, I don’t run into any AH-CRAP-I’M-OUTTA-CUMIN moments while cooking after a long day at work when I don’t feel like going to the store. 🙂
