Welcome to A Foodie Stays Fit!
If you were a follower of my previous blog, you probably noticed that more and more of my posts revolved around food and exercise. Well, I can’t help it. I love both. Equally. So, I’ve decided to start a blog dedicated to my two loves. I’m working on my About Teri page and you can read more about my food and fitness philosophies soon (apparently I have a lot to say on the topic since it’s taking me so long to write it).
In the meantime, keep checking back for tasty and (usually) healthy recipes, fitness and healthy living tips, motivation for making positive changes in your life, and some of my daily eats.
